Start with your work

Choose a starting point for teaching, research or everyday work. Design a teaching activity, practise checking an AI answer, create a reusable prompt, plan a bounded assistant or preview a simple HTML page. Illustrative workflows show what you can make, and each action opens an existing learning module or local builder. Your saved drafts are preserved while exploring these starting points.

Start learning from the beginning

Sixteen original modules follow three paths: AI basics, AI at work and building solutions. They cover foundations, prompting, evidence verification, teaching, responsible workflows, agents, MCP connections, plugins, reusable skills, GitHub, HTML and model choice. Each combines short lessons, an applied task and a formative quiz with answer explanations. Use a fictional or public example and keep your own judgment at the centre of the work.

Find your starting point

A ten-question scenario check suggests areas to practise. It is an informal learning guide, not a validated measure of professional competence. A ResearchSpace completion record documents self-directed practice; it is not an accredited certificate or a credential issued by an external provider.

Choose from 24 original prompts for teaching, assessment, research, writing, accessibility and productivity. Edit the placeholders, copy into an approved assistant, verify the output and save useful versions to your portfolio.

Practise a specific skill

Four focused tests add 24 scenarios on prompting, verification and privacy, teaching and assessment, and research workflows. Answer one question at a time, review explanations and save a personal practice record. These are informal, ungraded tests, not certification exams.

Choose tools and external courses

Explore curated tools for teaching, research, data analysis, accessible materials and routine work. Compare the task each tool supports, how to get started and its access requirements. Official courses and credentials remain with their providers, whose accounts, prices and award requirements may differ. ResearchSpace is an independent curator, not a provider partner.

Design an activity for your course

Use a structured activity template or a worked example from policy, history, business, programming, physics or biology. Begin with an independent attempt, use AI for comparison, verify the evidence and finish with a fresh task without AI. Offer an equivalent route for students who do not use an AI account.

Make a useful prototype

Guided prompt and agent blueprint builders create editable instructions you can copy, save or download. The agent builder produces a plan and test cases; it does not deploy or run an agent. HTML practice previews a limited, script-free teaching page locally. Dated provider updates and a model guide help you check current availability.

Learn comfortably

Read one step at a time with a clear Continue action, larger-text option, plain-language help and automatically restored lesson drafts in this browser. Course design reviews use a transparent editorial rubric; they are not measured learning-efficiency results.

Keep a record of your practice

The interactive studio includes a local resource advisor, editable activity drafts and a browser-local portfolio. The advisor matches catalog keywords and the activity builder uses templates; neither calls a live AI model. JavaScript is required for these interactive features. Lesson drafts restore in the same browser. Saved progress does not sync between devices, and clearing browser data removes it. The official learning links below work without JavaScript.
